Turkey Shepherd’s Pie is so easy and delicious – made with your favorite leftovers, so certainly a meal “In a Jif”!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups leftover Turkey Gravy
  • 3 cups leftover Roasted Turkey
  • 1 cup leftover Cranberry Sauce (jellied or whole-berry)
  • 1 1/2 cups leftover Cornbread Stuffing
  • 2 cups leftover Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In four individual meal-size, oven-safe ramekins or bowls OR in a casserole dish, pour a thin layer of leftover Turkey Gravy.
  3. Top each with a layer of leftover Roasted Turkey.
  4. Top that with a layer of cranberry sauce.
  5. Top that with another layer of leftover Roasted Turkey.
  6. Top that with a layer of Cornbread Stuffing.
  7. Top that with a layer of more Turkey Gravy.
  8. Top that with a final layer of Creamy Mashed Potatoes.
  9. Place bowls on a cookie/baking sheet.
  10. Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
  11. Enjoy!
