This is Dawn’s version of Swedish Pancakes. Also made with Bisquick.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • Additional butter or cooking spray (for cooking pancakes)
  • Syrup
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. With a wire whisk, beat Bisquick™, milk, eggs and melted butter together until batter is smooth.
  2. Heat additional butter in small (8”), non-stick skillet (or use cooking spray) over low heat.
  3. Pour ¼ cup of batter to cover skillet and cook until bubbles form and underside is light brown.
  4. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar and fold in thirds.
  5. Continue cooking until done.
  6. Remove from pan and serve with butter, syrup and powdered sugar.
