Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Alpine Valley Organic Multi-Grain Bread, lightly toasted
  • 2 tablespoons full-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 one-half-inch slice of a large, fresh, red, juicy tomato
  • 1 leaf of crisp iceberg lettuce
  • 2 slices of thick-sliced bacon, cooked until almost crisp, each piece cut in half

Instructions

  1. After toasting the bread, spread one tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice.
  2. Add the sliced tomato to one slice of bread.
  3. Add the iceberg lettuce on top of the tomato.
  4. Layer the bacon halves on top of the lettuce.
  5. Cover with second slice of bread, press down firmly and cut the sandwich in half.
  6. Enjoy!
