Sweetheart Turkey Meatball Sliders

- 6 small hamburger buns
- 12 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 6 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 6 Sweetheart Turkey Meatballs
- 3 slices Provolone cheese
- 6 tablespoons Sweetheart Strawberry Chutney
- Arugula (for platter)
Instructions
- Make Sweetheart Turkey Meatballs.
- Make Sweetheart Strawberry Chutney.
- Using 2 1/4″ heart-shaped cookie cutter, open buns and cut out heart shapes from the inside of each bun (don’t cut from the top side of bun or you will mangle and crack the bun).
- Spread mayonnaise on both the top and bottom of each bun.
- Spread Dijon mustard over mayonnaise on bottom buns only.
- Top each with a Sweetheart Turkey Meatball.
- Top each meatball with a tablespoon of Sweetheart Strawberry Chutney.
- Cut out 2 heart shapes from each slice of Provolone cheese and place on top of chutney on each slider.
- Place top bun in position on each and skewer with a long, red frilled toothpick.
- Spread arugula on platter and place each slider on top of arugula.
