A refreshing change from traditional mayonnaise-based pasta salad, this family favorite feeds a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 116 ounce package of tri-color bowtie pasta
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small yellow onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 18.5 ounce jar of julienne-cut sun-dried tomatoes
  • 8 ounces of crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of favorite bottled Caesar salad dressing (Missy uses Wegmans’ Mighty Caesar Salad Dressing)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add bowtie pasta and cook for 7 minutes.
  3. Add cut asparagus to pasta and cook 4 minutes more.
  4. Drain pasta and asparagus and pour into large mixing bowl.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
