Only 2 ingredients and 10 minutes, Grilled Balsamic Chicken Breast Tenders are an easy and delicious main dish on a busy night!

Ingredients

  • 16 boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders; defrosted
  • 1 cup Newman’s Own Lite Balsamic dressing

Instructions

  1. Defrost chicken breast tenders in refrigerator.
  2. Place defrosted chicken breast tenders in plastic Ziploc bag.
  3. Add Newman’s Own Lite Balsamic dressing and seal bag, removing some of the air.
  4. Smush bag around until all chicken breast tenders are covered.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour to marinate (prep time includes marinating time).
  6. Remove from refrigerator and heat grill pan on medium-high.
  7. Using tongs, add chicken breast tenders to hot grill pan.
  8. Cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Flip chicken breast tenders over and cook for about 4 more minutes.
  10. Remove from heat, transfer to platter and serve.
