Creamy and deliciously light, this no-bake cheesecake is easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 18 ounce package of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered (confectioner’s) sugar
  • 18 ounce carton of Cool Whip
  • Several drops of orange gel food coloring
  • 18 1/2” pre-made Oreo pie crust
  • 3/4 ounce of black decorating sugar
  • Jack-O-Lantern stencil
  • Extra Cool Whip, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Print jack-o-lantern stencil and cut out into circle along lines plus cut out eyes, nose and mouth.
  2. Remove packaging from pre-made Oreo pie crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip with an electric mixer.
  4. Add orange gel food coloring a few drops at a time, mixing with electric mixer until you get the desired shade of orange.
  5. With a spatula, scrape cream cheese mixture into pre-made pie crust and smooth with spatula.
  6. Lay stencil over cream cheese.
  7. Use a small spoon to spread black decorating sugar into cut-out areas of stencil.
  8. If necessary, blow extra sugar off of stencil (do this over your sink), so that when you remove the stencil, the excess sugar doesn’t ruin your pie!
  9. Carefully remove stencil and discard.
  10. Use a toothpick to remove any stray black decorating sugar from the orange cheesecake.
  11. Refrigerator a least 2 hours or overnight.
  12. Slice and serve with an extra dollop of Cool Whip, if desired.
