Delicious and easy-to-decorate using store-bought brownies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 store-bought round brownie bites
  • 1 can of white frosting
  • 24 edible Halloween ghosts (I used Wilton’s)

Instructions

  1. Scoop frosting from can into a quart-size ziplock bag.
  2. Squeeze frosting down into one corner of bag, twisting top of bag to make a pastry bag.
  3. Snip a small hole in the tip of the bag and place bag inside a drinking glass for support so that frosting doesn’t leak out while you get the rest of the project ready.
  4. Unpack brownie bites and place on cookie sheet or serving platter.
  5. Unwrap edible Halloween ghosts.
  6. Using the ziplock pastry bag you created, pipe frosting onto each brownie bite using a circular motion (like frosting cupcakes).
  7. Top each with an edible ghost.
  8. Serve.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time and stored in an air-tight plastic container. If making more than one day ahead of time, store in air-tight plastic container in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator and place on serving platter 30 minutes ahead of time to bring to room temperature.
