Easy combination of flavors – sweet, salty, crunchy, a little heat – to tempt guests at your next party!

Ingredients

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 18 ounces package of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup of Bacon Jalapeno Chutney
  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash softened cream cheese and chutney with fork until well combined.
  2. Place finely chopped pecans in a shallow dish.
  3. Spray hands with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Using a 1 1/4 inch scoop, scoop cream cheese mixture into hands and roll into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in chopped pecans.
  6. Place in refrigerator storage container and refrigerator one hour or until ready to serve.
  7. Remove from refrigerator, skewer with a toothpick and serve with favorite crackers.
