Pop-tastic Candy Lollies

- 5 ounces of leftover chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate easter eggs
- Popping candy
- Edible sprinkles or glitter
- 12 lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Draw an egg shape onto a piece of plain paper. This should be about 6cm long to make 12 lollies. Use this as a template to draw 12 egg shapes onto a large piece of parchment paper.
- Melt your chocolate in a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water. Add a few sprinkles or edible glitter to your egg shapes on your parchment paper and pour chocolate over the top in the same shape. Add your popping candy to the liquid chocolate and pour a little more on the top to disguise it. Once done, use blu-tack to hold your lollipop sticks in place at the bottom of your chocolate egg. When the chocolate has set, peel your lollipops off the parchment paper and hand them out to your friends!
