Recipe Chatter: Green Eggs and Ham Quiche

Green Eggs and Ham Quiche cover

No, really, I’m not late to the party!  Really.  I know that Dr. Seuss’ birthday was March 2nd and not today!  In fact, I did a post in honor of Dr. Seuss last Sunday, Carole Hears a Whoo, and I urge you to read it…I think you’ll like it.  Really.

I’m posting Recipe Chatter: Green Eggs and Ham Quiche today because I didn’t have time to fit it in our posting schedule before today!  Plus, we (Tiffany and I) were at a blogging conference, Women Get Social, all weekend starting last Thursday.  Unbelievably, I was off the grid.   The conference hosts encouraged us not to bring laptops, iPads, etc., so I didn’t.  I had my iPhone, but I turned it off (most of the time) and only checked it for voice mail, email and text messages a few times a day.

Other than that, I was completely off the grid.

And, you know what?  It felt good.  Even though I stressed (a little) about not getting into our blog and creating content, it felt good to take a little breather.

A week ago, on the 25th, I posted our first post about Recipe Chatter.  You can read it here:  Recipe Chatter:  Creamy Ravioli and Meatball Casserole.  And, you can find that recipe on Recipe Chatter here:  Creamy Ravioli and Meatball Casserole.

Recipe Chatter is another blog, part of Prime Publishing, a powerhouse of niche websites.  One of their editors, Emily, reached out to me last year and we’ve worked together ever since.  And, this post, Recipe Chatter:  Green Eggs and Ham Quiche, is the second recipe I’ve developed for their blog as a guest blogger.

Green A slice of Eggs and Ham Quiche

By the way, Green Eggs and Ham Quiche is delicious!  So, click on the links in this post to Recipe Chatter and get the recipe!  And, we’d appreciate any pins to Pinterest and sharing on other social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, StumbleUpon, etc.

And, if you do decide to make my Green Eggs and Ham Quiche, leave me a comment.  I’d love to hear what you think!  Plus, it’s never too late to celebrate Dr. Seuss – he’s worth celebrating all the time!

Tootles,
