Yes, it’s Pumpkin Season! Our house is in full pumpkin overload! Jack-O-Lantern pumpkins, white pumpkins, blue pumpkins, miniature pumpkins and fairytale pumpkins! Coco has never seen so many pumpkins!
Why has “pumpkin madness” hit us in full-force this year? Because I took my husband, Charlie, with us to the Pumpkin Patch at Bates Nut Farm and he’s a sucker for the holidays and wanted one of each!
Well, we didn’t get “one of each”, but we got quite a few! The one in the picture above is a small pumpkin (not miniature, just small) and it was alone (momentarily) in a blue wheelbarrow. Makes such a lovely picture that I had to find a quote for it and create the beautiful “postcard” above!
Since Goggle’s bots can’t read text inside pictures, here’s the quote again:
“Oh, how we love pumpkin season. You DID know this gourd-ish squash has its own season, right? Winter, Spring, Summer, Pumpkin…We anxiously anticipate it every year!” – Trader Joe’s Fearless Flyer, October 2010
