Guess Who’s Coming to Our Christmas Dinner?

Guess Who's Coming to Our Christmas Dinner cover

Guess who’s coming to our Christmas dinner?

A trio of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes

Little Debbie!  That’s right – I’m serving these charming little cakes for dessert!

Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes on a silver platter

Sold in a box of 5, these adorable little cakes are the perfect size for dessert after a big Christmas meal.  Just 4 inches long by 2 and 3/4 inches at their widest point and 1 inch thick, Little Debbie’s Christmas Tree Cakes are the perfect solution for a festive holiday dessert on a “toot sweet” day!

Like my cute little sign says, “don’t get your tinsel in a tangle!”  We have enough to do in our “toot sweet” lives in preparing for the holiday’s festivities without sweating over a fancy dessert!

Each is individually wrapped, so stack them on a beautiful silver tray and voila’ – instant glamour!  You could, of course, unwrap them, but wrapped they look like little presents!

They come in 3 different flavors – this is the chocolate one; chocolate inside and out!

This is the red velvet cake, frosted in green…

Little Debbie Vanilla Christmas Tree Cake

And, for just plain vanilla lovers, there’s a vanilla version – inside and out.  Nothing “plain” about these cakes, though!  Each has a center layer of creamy filling.

You know I had to try them out, right?  I couldn’t serve them to guests without eating one and making sure they tasted good, right?  So, I ate one of the chocolate ones – who can resist chocolate?  Now there is one less chocolate one for my guests.

Anyway, they are delicious and gone in a few bites.  So don’t eat them when you’re hungry or you’ll eat the whole box!

Here’s the chocolate one standing – so cute!

And, the red velvet one upright…

Oops!  The vanilla one is leaning!  Oh, well – we can’t be perfect all the time!

I stumbled across these at Target, but I’m sure you can find them in other stores.  And, after I picked up the box and noticed they came in 3 different flavors, my decision was made – Christmas dessert handled with no effort!  What could be better?  Oh, yea, they’re Little Debbie’s so I know they’re gonna be good!

A box of 5 costs $1.99 – that’s forty cents per little sweet cake.  Such a bargain!

I think they’d make cute little gifts, too.  And, guess what?  The back of the box has 5 little holiday gift tags to cut out and attach to the cakes; or to use for other gifts.

Need something for people in your office?  Or stocking stuffers?  Or something cute to add to a gift basket?  These Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes are a great solution.

P.S.  This isn’t a sponsored post.  I just wanted to share an easy dessert alternative on a busy day!

Tootles,
