Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Rub liberally over pork ribs.
  3. Wrap ribs in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Save unused dry rub in an air-tight container.

Notes

This makes enough rub for 2 racks of pork ribs at 1/4 cup per rack of ribs.
