Coffee Banana Protein Smoothie is a delicious smoothie packed with protein to keep you going plus the added jolt of caffeine.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice
  • 1 scoop (1/2 cup) 100% Vanilla-flavored Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 1 pack of Stevia (optional)
  • Mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of coffee and allow it to cool.
  2. Peel frozen banana and cut into chunks.
  3. Add crushed ice to a blender.
  4. Add cooled coffee, frozen banana, whey protein powder, ground flax seed and Chia seeds.
  5. Add Stevie, if desired.
  6. Blend on high until well-blended.
