Banana Cream Cutie Pies

The perfect little single serving treat! This is a mini version of a banana cream pie and is very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 small (1 ounce) package of instant banana cream flavor pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups whole milk
  • 4 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 12 mini graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1 small (8 ounce) tub of Cool Whip topping
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl with an electric mixture, prepare pudding according to package directions using whole milk.
  2. With a spatula, fold in half the tub of Cool Whip to the pudding mixture.
  3. Place slices of banana in the bottom of each mini pie crust, reserving 12 slices for the top of the Cutie Pies.
  4. Cover the bananas with the pudding and Cool Whip mixture.
  5. Add a heaping spoonful of remaining Cool Whip to the top of each Cutie Pie.
  6. Place one slice of banana in the middle of each Cutie Pie and sprinkle each with mini chocolate chips.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

When making the miniature Cutie Pies, there will be leftover filling. Spoon into dessert cups and refrigerate. Also, this recipe will make one 9″ pie, if using a whole pie crust instead of the mini graham cracker pie crusts.
