42 Basic Office Supplies in Your Drawers and Cabinets is a continuation of my post last Friday, 42 Things in Your Home Office and Library.  Because, when writing that post, I was absolutely stupefied (yes, I used that word – stupefied!) at how much stuff I have in my very own home office!  So, I decided I needed to break it down into several posts – just for the home office area.  Stay tuned for a few more in the next coming weeks…

For those readers visiting this blog for the first time, I create lists of 42 for household inventory purposes.  We lost our home in the 2007 Southern California wildfire known as the Witch Fire.  It took me 9 months to create my household inventory for insurance claim purposes.  So, I’m working on our personal household inventory now, for our new home, and thought I’d share this journey on my blog.

I know!  It’s crazy!  All this stuff in your drawers and cabinets!  42 basic office supplies in your drawers and cabinets!  Whew – think of all the dust bunnies in those nooks and crannies with all this stuff!

Here’s a peek into one of my office drawers (shhhh – don’t tell anyone, but I picked the cleanest drawer {grin}):

It only has a few things in it.  See the stack of books on top of this side table?  It is actually a box with drawers and I have more office supplies in that cute little box!  And, the cute little espresso cup and saucer was a gift from my girlfriend, Kathy, many years ago.  She got it on a trip to Italy with her husband, Marc, and brought it home to me.  So thoughtful!
