Today is 12-12-12! Today will be the last time a date of its kind will happen – when all three numerals in a date are the same – for the next 88 years! The next time this will happen is on January 1, 2101! WOW! Today is a lucky day, I can feel it…maybe I will get TWELVE HOURS SLEEP!!

What a cute version! I had that same a-ha moment about the 12-12-12. I discussed it on the morning announcements in my school. Some of those kids might see it happen in 88 years; as might your little “P’s”…if they’re lucky!
